1. Introduction
DBA Raviga Capital offers enterprise clients the opportunity to resell our online design courses under a Digital Distribution Agreement.

2. Non-Exclusive License
2.1 We grant enterprise clients a non-exclusive license to resell our courses.
2.2 This license does not limit our right to sell or license our courses to others.

3. Pricing
3.1 The price per course for resale will be determined in a separate agreement between DBA Raviga Capital and the enterprise client.

4. Sale Through Contractor's Website
4.1 Enterprise clients may sell our courses through their own websites or other agreed-upon channels.

5. Responsibilities of Enterprise Clients
5.1 Enterprise clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in marketing and reselling our courses.
5.2 Enterprise clients must adhere to our brand guidelines and obtain approval for any marketing materials using our name or logo.

6. Term and Termination
6.1 The Digital Distribution Agreement shall remain in effect for the term agreed upon in the separate agreement.
6.2 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms set forth in the separate agreement.
